Game-Based Learning Professional Development

Educators are heroes, but even heroes need good tools. At Legends of Learning, we empower legendary teachers to use the best practices of what kids love most, games, to help engage and teach.

Why Game-Based Learning?

Game-based learning has been proven to help teachers make classrooms fun and productive learning environments.

In fact, in 2017, Vanderbilt University conducted a randomized controlled study on the Legends of Learning platform. Published by the Journal of Learning Sciences, the research shows students who played games as part of their regular curriculum were significantly more engaged, and outperformed their peers on both factual knowledge and depth of knowledge.  You can find the full study here.

We are on a mission to make learning fun, accessible, and effective.  As part of that mission, Legends of Learning provides a comprehensive Game-Based Learning Professional Development Session.  This session is perfect for teachers, coaches, and administrators looking to better integrate game-based learning into their classrooms.
