Name decimal numbers to the tenths, hundredths, and thousandths. Interchange between decimal number names to numerals and expanded form. A multi-digit number is expressed in expanded form when it is written as a sum of single-digit multiple powers of ten. Compare decimals by comparing place value or expanding to compare. Use <, =, and > symbols to record the results of comparisons. Order from least to greatest or greatest to least.
